To maintain a safe and lawful environment, Bazarik Platform prohibits the posting of listings related to the following goods and services. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated in accordance with applicable laws and Platform policies.

• Narcotics, psychotropic substances, and their precursors

• Liquids for vaping, disposable e-cigarettes, and components containing residue

• Military-grade equipment, ammunition, and all types of weapons

• Riot gear, toxic chemicals, and protective equipment not meant for civilian use

• Human organs or tissues, and any form of human trafficking

• Pornographic, erotic, or sexually suggestive materials

• Prescription drugs, herbal remedies, weight-loss products, and sports nutrition

• Animal medications and vitamins (unless licensed partners)

• Alcoholic beverages and tobacco products

• Protein powders, nutritional shakes, tablets, capsules, or other performance-enhancing products intended for bodybuilding or muscle gain
• Items containing unregulated or undeclared substances, or those advertised with exaggerated health claims
• Supplements that are not certified or approved for sale under Belarusian law

• Fireworks, smoke bombs, and other explosive materials
   

• Listings or communications specifically aimed at teenagers for part-time, freelance, or remote work
• Content that encourages underage individuals to participate in income-generating activities without legal or parental oversight
• Offers that may exploit young users or bypass labor laws, including vague "easy money" schemes or misleading gig opportunities

• Passports, registration papers, and official forms

• Foreign currency, unverified precious metals or stones

• Cryptocurrency and related services

• Properties located outside Belarus

• Game accounts, virtual items (except unused activation keys and gift codes)

• Casino, betting, or slot services (unless offered by verified partners

Any form of sexual service, including disguised offers

• Services that mislead users or violate Belarusian law

• Any product, service, or content not explicitly listed above but restricted or prohibited under Belarusian law
• Listings that violate intellectual property rights, consumer protection laws, advertising regulations, or other applicable legal frameworks
• The platform reserves the right to remove such content without notice and, in serious cases, report the user to relevant authorities
